The THARSYS CPU C167 CR is a general purpose central processing unit.

• C 167 CR 16 bits Siemens Microcontroler

• Clock : 10/18.432/20 MHz (internal PLL)

• RAM : 8 Kword (8x16)

• EEPROM : 8 Kword (8x16)

• Flash EPROM : 512 Kword

• 16 analogic inputs (10 bits). Conversion time : 9.7 µs

• 39 I/O software controlled (Fast Interrupt, 4 PWM outputs, output compare, timer..)

• Data and adress buses and control signals accessible on connectors

• CAN 2.0B until 1 Mb/s

• RS 232 Serial link up to 115 kbauds for code loading and downloading

• 2 HEADER connectors allowing access to the bus and the port input/output of the micro

• Power consumption : 9 VDC/16VDC ( 200 mA under 12V and 20 MHz)

• Size : 100x160 mm
